This might come as a shock to some, but I don't do anything since I don't celebrate either Christmas or Easter. ;) The reason (in part, anyway) can be read HERE. I think setting aside a particular day of the year to celebrate a pagan-originated holiday (since both Xmass and Easter were started by Catholics), is against the Regulative principle of worship, when the Bible said that God shall be worshiped only as He prescribed, with nothing taken away and nothing added. There is a lot more to it (some which you can read in the article I linked to), but that's the gist of it.
I don't speak for my family, though. These are my personal convictions. :)

We usually have a special meal and decorate the table with a lamb sitting on purple silk and a crown of thorns about it. We didn't do it this year, though, as Daddy had to leave for OR right after church :-(

Thank you for leaving a comment on what you do on Resurrection Day.
We recognize the day by focusing on the meaning of Christ's resurrection. His dying then living makes a difference in our lives and beliefs in Christ. We share this message through sending Happy Resurrection cards to our family members. We don't follow other activities, but remember and rejoice in our living Savior and Lord! Constantly Abiding
